I don't know. The glassmaker is in San Diego, and is closely connected with Stone Brewery, so around there would be a good bet. I found them when they got written up in Beer Advocate magazine.

Last I heard the B-Side didn't have a future, unfortunately. The deal with Daniel to open a beer bar fell through; I don't know any of the details. One source is this post on drinkboston
