Several people I know are tracking their weight on LJ. I'm not that interested in weight, but I am interested in "What did I eat yesterday?" Since today is the first time in a while that I actually ate three reasonable meals, I'll start here.
Breakfast (10am): cream of wheat, coffee
Lunch (2:30pm): Large chicken pho and limeade at pho pasteur
Snacks: banana. peanut butter and apple butter "sandwich" on a tortilla.
Dinner (11pm): Rice, beans, tortillas (but not assembled enough to qualify as a burrito), home brew.
The Bread and Circus organic flour tortillas are too chewy and... polished. I'm going back to TJ's for the next set.
